Privacy Policy

Eureka ("we", "us") is a service that monitors Australian and New Zealand vintage car listing sites and emails you a digest of new matches. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile information (name, email).
• Search preferences — the makes, models, years, keywords, sources, and frequency you configure for each saved search.
• Listing activity — which listings we have shown you (for deduplication) and which links you have clicked in digest emails (for your own click history).
• Billing data — if you upgrade to a paid plan, your subscription status is stored. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To send you digest emails matching your saved searches.
• To deduplicate listings so we only show you new results.
• To enforce free-tier and paid-tier limits.
• To improve the service (aggregate, anonymised usage only).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Data is stored in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Railway — scraper hosting.
• Vercel — web application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing (paid plans only).

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data required for them to provide their service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in (provided by Supabase Auth). No third-party tracking cookies are set.

Data retention

Your account and associated data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from account settings, which permanently removes your email address, searches, and listing history.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request a data export or ask any privacy questions, email hello@eurekaclassics.com.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email and update the date above.
