Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Eureka ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Eureka scrapes publicly available Australian and New Zealand vintage car listing sites and emails you a digest of new listings matching your saved searches. We make no guarantees about completeness, accuracy, or availability of listings. Listing data belongs to the originating platforms and sellers.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• You may not use the service to scrape, redistribute, or commercialise the listing data we surface.

Free tier (Starter)

Free accounts include:

• 1 active watch at a time.
• 2 free dispatch results per month across all watches.
• Up to 3 results shown per digest email.
• Weekly or fortnightly dispatch frequency.

Once your 2 free monthly results are used, additional results are charged at $1.50 each, up to a maximum of $8.00 per month. Charges appear on the card saved to your account and are processed through Stripe.

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and include the following:

• Enthusiast ($9/month) — 3 active watches, unlimited dispatches, up to 10 results per digest email, every-3-days to fortnightly frequency. No per-result charge.
• Collector ($19/month) — Unlimited active watches, unlimited dispatches, all matching results included per email, daily to fortnightly frequency. No per-result charge.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates Australian law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Create accounts by automated means.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed listings, inaccurate data, service outages, or any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-party events

Eureka may display information about upcoming classic car meets, shows, rallies, and related events ("events") sourced from public information. This information is provided as a general reference only. Eureka does not organise, operate, endorse, sponsor, or promote any event. We are not affiliated with any event organiser. We make no representation as to the accuracy, currency, or completeness of event details. Event dates, venues, and availability can change without notice — verify details directly with the event organiser before making plans. We accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on event information displayed through the service.

Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we make material changes to these terms we will notify you by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
